Making a difference one call at a time.

Bailey Williams has only been at PaymentSpring for over a year as an implementation specialist, but with eight years of technical and customer support experience, she’s definitely a PaymentSpring support ninja.

“It’s fulfilling to get a call from a frustrated client and provide helpful solutions that turn that person’s day around,” says Bailey.

Her role is quality control for all the specialists, review risk emails for accuracy and provide customer support throughout the day.

A day’s work

It can be hard to describe her job to family and friends who don’t work in the payment processing industry, but she’s got her elevator speech down.

“At PaymentSpring we help nonprofits, religious organizations, and schools process payments,” says Bailey. “It’s our goal to make payment processing as easy as possible for our clients, and we do so by providing user-friendly tools and reporting options. We provide top-notch customer support for our partner organizations and clients.”

Bailey loves the variety of tasks and the fast-pace of the team.

“Honestly, our team is so fantastic,” says Bailey. “We have a really great dynamic group with jokers and motherly, caring types. We often have food days, and always find ways to make the workday fun. During college football season, the entire team gets into the Husker spirit by participating in a weekly pool.”

Join the team

They currently have an opening on their team for another implementation specialist, someone to review merchant information and provide customer support. Bailey’s hoping for another cat person.

“I’m surrounded by dog people — who are great — but I need another Team Cat person,” Bailey laughs. “Of course, they also need to be nice, detail-orientated, organized, and patient. Sometimes we have customers who have never worked with an online interface before, they’ve only worked with paper, and you need to walk them through the website process.”

Shine and grow

No matter who joins the team, Bailey knows they’ll be able to find their place.

“At PaymentSpring, I’m able to let the skills that I’ve been refining for years shine, I’m also given room to grow and learn,” says Bailey. “The fact that it’s my job to help amazing organizations, non-profits, and schools achieve their goals is the cherry on top.”
