Meet Sonar, The Newest Dashboard Feature

March 24, 2021 | by Jillian Walker, PaymentSpring IT Software Delivery Manager | 2-min read

At PaymentSpring, our mission is to provide payment technology and service that delivers simplicity, speed, control, and partnership. We are thrilled to announce the newest dashboard feature called Sonar! This new feature delivers to that mission by helping merchants discover important events that require action. These ‘blips’ are events, like a recurring billing that failed to process or an ACH transaction returned by the payer’s bank.

Finding these events in Dashboard on your own isn’t difficult, however we know that life is busy. Using the simple Sonar interface we deliver these events front and center to empower you to resolve each blip and be in control of your payments. Sonar gets you to the heart of these issues quickly so you get your money faster.

Are you tired of dealing with expiring cards? Subscribing to our Account Updater feature can take care of those updates for you! Also, you can rely on Sonar to tell you about accounts that have been closed. No more waiting for the card holder to call in with an update or worse yet, getting a failed transaction. Contact Sales@PaymentSpring.com for more information.

Sonar isn’t just another report, it’s a workflow tool. When you get a blip, clicking on it takes you directly to the thing that needs attention, a failed payment or a payment method that has been reported as closed. All the information you need to understand the impact and take next steps are available with a click. When you have resolved the issue, dismissing the blip takes it off of your Sonar so you can move on.

Why is Sonar so beneficial? Simply put, you can see failed recurring payments, returned ACH and closed accounts all in one organized and easy to follow up view. Love one of these ideas but the rest don’t apply? No problem, you choose what blips Sonar detects for you!

Access your Account settings in the Dashboard to get started!
